Winter Cozy Mail Exchange

Hello Friends! It’s time for our Cozy Mail Group Exchange!

{Sign up by Nov. 12}

For the Cozy Mail Exchange, you will receive a list of all participants and their addresses and can send to as many on the list as you’d like. By joining this exchange, you are agreeing to having your mailing info sent out to all participants. Since it’s possible you may receive less than you send, please put yourself in the mindset of giving and enjoying being a blessing to others in the group.

So what do we send for this swap? In the past, ladies have liked to send cards, postcards, and letters. Gifts or packages are fine, also, but they do get expensive so it’s perfectly fine and actually expected to send a card or short note of greeting. The idea is to spread some cheer and coziness!

Important: Many people celebrate holidays during this time of year, and there are several different customs, cultures, and beliefs represented in this group. You may receive something in the mail that doesn’t fit with your lifestyle or the holidays you do or don’t celebrate during this time of year. Please be gracious and accept this mail as the senders best effort at sending well wishes for this cozy season. It’s perfectly fine to throw away, regift, or recycle anything you’re uncomfortable with; but please assume the sender has the best of intentions to add some joy to your day, even if the mail is not to your particular liking. That said, you do have the option of listing any holidays or customs you do celebrate this season and I will add that to the address list in case senders want to be more personal.

Are you interested in joining the Winter Cozy Mail Exchange? If so, sign up for the Victorian Letter Writers Guild here. Once your membership is approved, you will be eligible to join this exchange.

If you know someone who would like to participate, feel free to share this post with them. They will first need to apply for membership by filling out the membership application located on our website here.

Have a beautiful and cozy day!
